2.Type "regedit" (for open registry editor)
3. Then find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WinLogon
4.Create a new string value and name it as "LegalNoticeCaption" and enter the value, that you want to place in your menu bar.
5.Create a new string value and name it as "LegalNoticeText" then, Modify it and insert the message you want to display each time Windows boots, as a banner.
Restart your windows and If you were follow my above steps correctly you should see your text in windows Boots Screen.
Trick to turn off all system beeps :
1.Start Regedit.
2.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Sound.
3.Edit the ket Beep and give it a value of NO.
This will turn off all your system beeps..!
