1.Press start->run then type msconfig and press enter.
2.Go to startup tab.Here you will see a list of startup items.These are all the programs that automatically start when you boot your PC.It is these that slows down the boot up process.
So uncheck all unwanted items like MS-office,messengers etc.
Do not uncheck your antivirus software.Now,restart you PC and see it will boot faster .
Turn off all system beeps
1.Run->regedit
2.HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Sound
3.Edit the key Beep and give it a value of NO
